By accepting these terms, you are enrolling as a member of the NYCE X Private Capital Network ("NYCE X"), operated by NYCE Companies, Inc. Membership grants access to the NYCE X portal, deal room, exclusive partner products, and private network.
Membership is open to accredited investors as defined under SEC Rule 501 of Regulation D, or individuals who meet the qualification criteria set by NYCE X at its sole discretion. NYCE X reserves the right to revoke membership at any time.
New members receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel within the trial period, your membership converts to a paid subscription at $9,995 per quarter, billed quarterly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
All materials, deal information, proprietary frameworks (including CT10 Frameworks™), partner products, and communications within NYCE X are strictly confidential. Members may not share, reproduce, or distribute any NYCE X content without written permission.
NYCE X provides access to investment opportunities and educational content. Nothing in NYCE X constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Members make their own investment decisions and bear full responsibility for outcomes. NYCE Companies, Inc. is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary.
Access to specific deals is not guaranteed. All investment opportunities are subject to availability, minimum investment requirements, and applicable securities regulations. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investments involve substantial risk including total loss.
NYCE Companies, Inc., NYCE X Partners, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any losses arising from membership or investment decisions made based on materials accessed through NYCE X. Members waive all claims related to investment outcomes.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
